1: Registration form – Print and fill out completely
2: Code Of Conduct (only needs to be done once per season)
3: Waiver must be signed in person at the race site in front of ECW staff per IJSBA rules
4: IJSBA 12 month membership- please make sure you are valid on race day or have this form filled out. WE ASK THAT YOU RENEW WITH US RATHER THAN ONLINE AT IJSBA.COM a small % of the cost goes towards our insurance expense and every little bit helps!!
