Payment can be made during Pre registration through Pay Pal ( guest option is available if you do not have an account)  OR  in person on race day. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PRE PAY ONLINE, CASH IS ALWAYS PREFFERED ON SITE. THERE WILL BE A $20 per racer Penalty for not pre registering to be paid at onsite registration.  WE NEED RACERS TO PRE ENTER TO HELP BUILD OUR RACE DAY AHEAD OF TIME!!! you still do not have to pay at pre reg to get this savings, as long as you are pre registered you can pay onsite the standard race fee, if you do not pre reg you will pay an additional $20 penalty. it is not per class, flat rate per racer
