PLEASE PRINT AND FILL OUT AHEAD OF REGISTRATION TO SPEED UP OUR REGISTRATION
1: Registration form – Print and fill out completely
2: Code Of Conduct only needs to be done once per season
3: Waiver must be signed in person at the race site in front of ECW staff per IJSBA rules
4: IJSBA 12 month membership- please make sure you are valid on race day or have this form filled out.
